What to try Tomorrow

To get the whole core warm and strong for the day you could start by doing two 30 second planks.

What is a plank?


Get in a push up position on the ground. With the arms extended.(The top of a push up position.)

Hold that position,back straight, without letting your middle section drop. (remember you are a PLANK)

30 seconds x 2
