My Life as a Stay at Home Father




He had just finished vomiting in this picture, wasn't feeling to hot to say the least; but Hunter always likes to say cheese for pictures no matter what form his in. He is my favorite little person in the world. I love walking into his room in the morning to listen about how much he has grown overnight. Stories that I'm sure are filled with dreams and wonderment and a dash of this and that. He knows one thing...I'm happy to see him.

I have to remind myself to document him. He is growing up so fast. He amazes me.

When I come home after work, and hear him yell "Daddy" in his high pitched excitement filled voice, I get excited too cause I have missed him for the short bit of time that I was Personal Training.

We played in the sprinklers this morning after breakfast.

...lost

wanted to show my board that I got myself for Christmas. It's the board that I have wanted......since......FOREVER. Now, it's mine to rip upon. It is my first, of I'm sure an obsession of lost surfboards.

I hope to get lots of use out of this PERFECT Florida board. The RNF is exactly what I need in these mushy florida waves.

Supposed to be something out there this weekend. I can't wait to ride this fine piece of engineering. YEWWWWW

Present

Present moment living; nice place to be, sometimes hard to get there. When we get there, will we know we're there? State of mind, or state of life? Should I do anything once I arrive, or observe the absolute stillness in that present moment. Lots to ponder in a passing moment.

Functional wellness personal trainer

So.. you ready? Me too. We are about to embark upon a journey through mind and body. The workouts will increase strength, endurance, flexibility, mental toughness. The moves are for everyone, intensity is key.

jumping jacks 30 seconds
go into a plank position. hold here 30 seconds.
directly begin mountain climbers for 30 seconds.
flip to one side, stack your feet on top of each other, weight on your elbow(side plank)30 seconds
Flip over to other side 30seconds.

Mountain climbers 30 seconds
basic crunch( slide hands on the ground toward your feet. this will drive your lower back into the ground, exhale on the way up. 15 repetitions.
repeat
