Functional wellness personal trainer

So.. you ready? Me too. We are about to embark upon a journey through mind and body. The workouts will increase strength, endurance, flexibility, mental toughness. The moves are for everyone, intensity is key.

jumping jacks 30 seconds
go into a plank position. hold here 30 seconds.
directly begin mountain climbers for 30 seconds.
flip to one side, stack your feet on top of each other, weight on your elbow(side plank)30 seconds
Flip over to other side 30seconds.

Mountain climbers 30 seconds
basic crunch( slide hands on the ground toward your feet. this will drive your lower back into the ground, exhale on the way up. 15 repetitions.
